Because $30 is too much for the people that follow online sales. You can get it for less online anyway and someone that only does retail (which I think is still $60) won't know about it.

This 'Disc Replay' shop is pretty good....and only 1 block away....still deals to be had, and the kids at the counter will actually haggle with me.
(The two guys and two girls that work there always pay me far more store credit than the crap I bring them is worth, and they will usually knock-off 10-30% on anything I buy...)
