I never did either. I stopped playing the game like a month after it came out and never did the campaign, only got on occasionally for zombies.

I bought it way before I started actually playing games for trophies or anything. The main reason I got my PS3 was to play games with friends, and most of them picked up Black Ops on release, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I played multiplayer for a couple of months and that was about it. They still play it occasionally, but I've gotten past the point where I give a shit about playing with them anymore. I'm usually so entranced by whatever game I'm playing at the moment that I can't be bothered to stop playing.

It's the same reason Bad Company 2 is on my trophy list. Played it for a bit at a friend's place and he gifted it to me for Christmas. Never even opened it.

I pretty much always play Good alignment when given the choice.

While I keep most of my games I don't care about keeping games that I know will just constantly devalue when I know I'm never going to replay them. This is actually a small number of games, stuff like the entire Resistance and Uncharted series. Doesn't do me any good to keep a game that will be worth all of $10 that I'll never play so I like to grab them, play them and beat them in a matter of 2-3 days and sell them immediately after and at least get my money back. Playing games for free legally is pretty sweet.
