    - It'd be much more astounding if I hadn't.

I wasn't really heavily involved with most of Aliengrounder's... rich legacy, so I can't say much about it. Perhaps it'll remain legendary.

I really must find out the ticket prices for the theater 1.2 miles from my house. A tad long of a walk but I enjoy the trip. Unless it suddenly rains heavily for the whole walk. I cannot convey just how much that sucked the one time it happened. My brother claimed I looked like a drowned rat.
Beware the Internet. If something is uploaded, there it remains for all of time.
Er... yeah... Good point, "Doctor Octopus". You weren't in "Sonic R" when you not only flooded the slots with your own creations, but you piloted an attack pod loaded with weapons. Not that "Rosy the Rascal" was any better with her car.
So 'Neo' Metal Sonic just kept copying other people... And Shadow calls Sonic a faker.
I recommend you watch "Up" for really decent 3D special effects use. Instead of making things 'pop out' at you, they made the 3D give things texture. Also, it was a good and funny movie.
    [/response]

    1) What ever happened with Metal Knuckles from "Sonic R"? Not Mecha Knuckles.
    2) Why have you seemingly embraced the insult of "Eggman" and ran with it with so many of your creations? Cite: Egg Pawn, "EGGMAN" password (Egg Carrier), the Egg Carriers, the entire "Egg Pawn" (seemingly every model of the E-series post the 100 set), the Egg Fighter series, Death Egg (Mk I-II), "Eggman Empire", ect. I know some people say to take insults people throw at you and make it your own, but sheesh!
3)Also, what's with the dumb grinning faces on all the "Egg" bots? They look cartoony and it just makes me want to wipe the whole lot of them.
    4) Any idea who did make that accursed thing? I've thrown it into space, off of incredibly tall spires, chucked it into danger's path, drowned it, attacked it, ect. It does not die and it just returns.
    5) What do you think of "Sonic Storybooks"? Are they actual events or bastardizations of classical literature?
    6) Are your robots Three Laws compliant? And by "Three Laws Compliant" I refer to either humans as a species or sapient beings as a whole.
    7) How can you sit down and write up the programming for every model and system you use? Do you use a custom-built programming language or something that I will not ask you for further details about? (I can code basic input/output types of programs in javascript. I can handle nested if-statements. I just can't code complex things to save my life.)
    8) Ever been to a festival or something during one of your 'downtimes' from plotting and/or enacting plots? There's a couple going on soon at least where I live. Frivolous, but they're gonna be fun and have free entertainment during them.
Watched Up, it's quite good. 3D thing never interested me though, so I skipped that. I didn't even know Up had a 3D version.

Admittedly, these days everything and their DOG appears to have a 3D version. Doesn't make it good though.

1 - The design was flawed, and cracked in the end, so I had to destroy it.
2 - Actually, I was never very insulted by the name Eggman. I prefer to be called Dr. Robotnik, certainly, but I certainly didn't throw a fit when people came up with "that Eggman". I just adopted it for my own. And the order of events is inverted for you. I started out naming everything "egg-something", and the result was the nickname.
3 - What? I like to grin. Admittedly, SEGA made the grins a little more goofy, but they have to sell their games.
4 - I assume you're talking about Omochao now? I have a few theories, but each is more unlikely than the last. Suffice it to say the creator is a sadist.
5 - Bastardisations of classical literature. I mean, come on, me as a Persian king? That's pushing things a little.
6 - They won't kill unless they absolutely have to, but in all actuality, that whole "three laws of robotics" thing is a myth. It's a storytelling device and nothing more. My robots are programmed by me, and I will not adhere to these daft laws. I will adhere to my own moral compass. I definitely don't like killing, so I program everything to avoid actual death.
7 - With ease. I'm a genius, remember? And I use my own systems, programming language, and so on and so forth.
8 - I take time off occasionally, but I think the presence of the world's most wanted genius mastermind at a festival might impede festivities. I tend to find a nice calm place to be by myself for a while if I need some time out.

    Note: I like cats.

Oh no everyone seems to have run out of questions, this calls for

    EMERGENCY QUESTIONS

Has your nose or stomach ever been responsible for knocking the contents of a self off?

Do your goggles have T.V or Play station? Xbox?

Could one use teleportation technology to retrieve materials from other planets etc that are rare here on earth?

If i was remotely usefull (how ever unlikey that maybe) feel free to click the thanks button or share some rep.

    - I'm going to assume you mean 'shelf'? And no. I'm quite used to my body, and I'm not uncoordinated enough to do that sort of idiocy. You should try being uncoordinated when designing a mech of immense complexity. It'll take your head off.
    - What, playing games pretty much ON your eyes? The eyestrain alone would give you migraines.
    - Technically, yes, but you'd need an access point on the other planet first. You can't just teleport into anywhere you know.

Depends. If we're talking a regular egg, then I suppose I'll be nice. If we're talking one of my creations, from the Egg Pawn to the Egg Dragoon, the answer is no.

    - On occasion, yes. My Eggmobile escape mechanism failed once, so I couldn't get out of the explosion. If CPR hadn't been performed, I would've died. The fact that Sonic was the one who performed the CPR at the time still confuses me slightly, but it was appreciated. Another occasion had me being saved by one of my own bots.
    - Thank heavens no.
    - "Seven or more vowels"? I should call Lasharus, he's the linguist. Singularlyexcrutiatinglyagonising. There.
    - My main headquarters is the Egg Carrier, so it varies depending on which area I float into next.
    - Um, no. I'm supposed to be an internationally wanted genius. It doesn't help if I then go "please save me". Somehow I suspect I won't get a lot of response.

Hi Doctor, I've been oversleeping due to the heat. Bleh. It's too freaking hot. My only respite is that I'm indoors most of the time and I have plenty of water.

Here's what few questions I could think of.

    1) Ever been to Soleanna?
    2) Couldn't you send a probe to another planet that doubled as a teleporter module?
    3) If your failed plots have been turned into video games, are there other people who have similar arrangements with entertainment companies? Speaking of which, I don't remember if someone asked whether you get a cut of the profits.
    4) If you saw "Up", have you watched "9"? In case if you don't know what I'm talking about, 9 was a film set in a post-apocalyptic world where the only living things that are seen are "stitchpunk" (living doll robots). I can't say anything more than that lest I spoil it for someone who didn't see it.
    5) I was wondering how many times you've denied yourself sleep for days to complete something. If you havn't, don't go farther than two whole days awake. Things start getting weird around hour 50. I blacked out the second I touched my bed around hour 73 and slept for nearly 24 hours. So... I don't recommend it.

Hullo, i am Spider-Man, as played by Andrew Garfield. how does "I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!!!!" fit into your plans and does it ever discourage you that Sonic keeps beating you? also, why don't you give up? you nearly destroyed the world a few times by accident (the deathegg incident anyone?)

1 - According to the events chronicled by that atrociously badly made game Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, apparently so. Sadly, since all the events there were essentially written out of time, all that was left were limited notes and no memory of the events, which is why the story is such a horrendously poorly stitched together patchwork. Nobody's entirely sure exactly what happened, so SEGA threw a few things together to try to make money off it.

We all know how well that turned out. For some reason they even decided to remodel me. I'm... not quite sure why.
2 - Technically, but teleporter technology for it is currently very much prohibitive. Lightweight teleporters don't exist. They require some fairly hefty machinery to work, and getting it into space would be... tricky.
3 - To my knowledge, no. Most other well-known game villains are fictional. And it's been asked before. SEGA pays me royalties. As they bloody well better should.
4 - Never heard of it, I'm afraid. The only thing I think of when I hear 'living doll' is Cliff Richards. And the film Coraline.
5 - Not too often, in fact. When you work with machinery as delicate and advanced as I do, the expression "blowing up in your face" takes on a far more literal sense. Trust me.

No you're not. And if you are, it's nice to see a high-profile actor in my thread. It means I'm reaching people.
    - I'm... not sure how to make sense of that first question. "I hate that hedgehog" doesn't fit into my plans. It's an exclamation. It fits into the defeat, I suppose, but still.
    - Sonic defeating me is discouraging, but I will keep going. I will not give up.
    - The "Death Egg Incident"? Feel free to enlighten me as to how I nearly destroyed the world there. I'm going to use my genius reasoning and assume you're referring to the 'reality reset' system that nearly destroyed the world installed int the Death Egg mk. II built by my dimensional counterpart, as chronicled by Archie. MY Death Egg never threatened to destroy the world. I believe the last scheme that backfired that spectacularly was when I released Chaos. That didn't work out exceptionally well. Oh, and the whole Biolizard thing in the Space Colony ARK, but that was intentionally designed as such by my grandfather, and I claim no responsibility there.

    - Can't say that I have. I leave that to video game companies. I'm rather busy trying to take over the world.
    - See Sonic Colours. Eggman's Amazing Interstellar Amusement Park was essentially a giant Mind Control system. And a fantastic theme park. I'd intended to keep it running if things failed, but of course it had to be sucked into a black hole singularity. I hate my luck when things backfire.

With me things don't go a little bit wrong. It's a gold-embossed catastrophe or nothing, it seems.

SPACE COLONY ARK AND THE SHADOW RELEASE AND THE CHAOS MONSTER PLAGUING MOBIUS FOR OVER 30 YEARS AFTER THEY DEFEAT YOU!

why oh why didn't i remember that? i have read lots of Sonic Archives and spend lots of time on wikipedia and the Sonic Wiki.

    a few more questions:
do you ever play the game adaptions of you misadventures?
do you make total conversion mods of them that place you as the hero?
if yes to question one, what is your opinion on Sonic The Hedgehog '06?
do you have merchandise? if so, any electronic stuff like hard drives and flash drives and PC OS's?
look, personally i lump all Eggman's (that WAS your original name from Japan's Sonic) together as the same guy, except Kintobor from Anti-Universe and the ones from the insane 90's TV shows as far as i can think of, i don't care unless you show me the proof that there is more than one outside Moebius and the Sonic X universe.

Well, I'll just keep wondering. Gee, got me stumped.

I'm the greatest scientific genius in the history of the world you idiot, it's not hard to figure out who you are, where you're posting from, your bank account details, your e-mail address, your forum accounts, facebook details, and similar. Incidetally, stop posting that tripe in your mails.

And no, "I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!!!" is the favoured quote of my counterpart as chronicled in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon, but thanks for trying.

Possibly you didn't remember it because Archie's version of myself managed to nearly destroy the world on quite a few occasions, the fool. And it's nice that you've read them all. So have I. They're not bad, but my counterpart is completely insane.

    - Fairly often, in fact. I don't like losing, but on the other hands, the games are solid, and having actually gone through it, there's a certain sense of nostalgia.
    - No. That would really be quite sad.
    - A horrendously poorly designed piece of trash forced through and made to look like a game. They failed miserably, what with horrid voice acting (except my voice acting), astoundingly poor animation, and a storyline that's an absolute clusterf*ck. I'll forgive them for the story though - all SEGA had to work with was snippets after all events were essentially erased from time, leaving only scattered data and information. And hey, at least I managed to hold on to the blueprints for the Egg Carrier II.
    - Not too much, but some, yes. Some action figures, keychains, the usual tripe SEGA made to make money. I don't mind it too much. My keychain suits me fine, thanks. I have a fair few OS's, of course, but those were designed by me, and not actually merchandise, because like hell am I giving others access to my tech. I'm not an idiot, as I may have stated before.
    - Well, feel free to lump all of us together. It makes you wrong, but far be it for me to correct the deluded whisperings in the mind of the sadly misinformed. It's nice that you don't care unless I provide proof, but if you can't build a simple dimensional viewer, then I can't be bothered to provide you with the proof you seem to find so very necessary indeed. Archie's story chronicles a different Dr. Robotnik altogether, and Sonic X chronicles... well, a bumbling, but likeable, version of myself. Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog... well, he's just an idiot. Yes, he builds robots, but he's an idiot.

Some other counterparts exist, but I'll not go into them all.

Now, allow me to riddle you this: If you're so very convinced that there are no other universes other than moebius and the Sonic X universe, then you haven't been paying proper attention in the slightest. There's a reason Archie's universe requires 'zone cops'. That place is a multi-zonal hellhole. Everything goes everywhere with remarkably little regard to logic.

But by all means, believe whatever you like. I'll educate you once I've taken over.

Also, I know that when the Japanese release came out, they went with my nickname of Dr. Eggman. I don't mind in the slightest. I just prefer Dr. Robotnik. The other side of the ocean went with my real name, and eventually they decided to unify it to Dr. Eggman in the games. Again, I don't mind, so I don't see why this matters too much to you.

Again though, feel free to believe whatever you will. I'm rather too busy just now constructing my next base anyway.

Wow. You were really in trouble.

great, post them all here and i'll believe you. besides, you're posing as a fictional red and white scientist, i'm just doing the same.

And no, "I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!!!" is the favoured quote of my counterpart as chronicled in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon, but thanks for trying.
    iconic nontheless
Possibly you didn't remember it because Archie's version of myself managed to nearly destroy the world on quite a few occasions, the fool. And it's nice that you've read them all. So have I. They're not bad, but my counterpart is completely insane.
unfortunately my sub ran out and i really didn't care about renewing it. i at least got the 200th issue and quite a few signed by one of the artists.
    - Fairly often, in fact. I don't like losing, but on the other hands, the games are solid, and having actually gone through it, there's a certain sense of nostalgia.
huh, i thought you would be the kind to keep people from buying them with massive bugs.
    - No. That would really be quite sad.
damn, i looked forward to Ivo The Eggman!
And hey, at least I managed to hold on to the blueprints for the Egg Carrier II.
hmmmmm.......... makes me wonder if you didn't turn the game into crap for revenge. oh well, i'll get it when i get my Xbox 360 anyways, it looks good even if nobody likes it
    - Not too much, but some, yes. Some action figures, keychains, the usual tripe SEGA made to make money. I don't mind it too much. My keychain suits me fine, thanks. I have a fair few OS's, of course, but those were designed by me, and not actually merchandise, because like hell am I giving others access to my tech. I'm not an idiot, as I may have stated before.
of course you're not (pats on head) otherwise why do you keep winning? oh wait, you don't!

Yes, he builds robots, but he's an idiot.
what do you think my PC is? an off the shelf eMachine? well, that's exactly what it is but i've got the internet and some super-hardware attached to it. it is now so much more

I'll educate you once I've taken over.
yeah, i know. i read most of the series remember?

Also, I know that when the Japanese release came out, they went with my nickname of Dr. Eggman. I don't mind in the slightest. I just prefer Dr. Robotnik. The other side of the ocean went with my real name, and eventually they decided to unify it to Dr. Eggman in the games. Again, I don't mind, so I don't see why this matters too much to you.

it doesn't. i just wanted your take on it.

Again though, feel free to believe whatever you will. I'm rather too busy just now constructing my next base anyway.

riiight. i'm pitching my latest ideas to SEGA and Archie soon, i'm sure my new chractors will beat you. AGAIN.
