It was like that in Georgia. The thing is, when you're stuck standing/playing in cold rain, the rain is cold because the air is cold and when the rain stops, the air will continue to be cold At least with the warm rain/warm day thing, your clothes get stuck to you, but in general, your clothing will be cooler than the air around them. Obviously, if it's 110º out, you're screwed.

I can agree with that, though yeah, there is that point it's just so hot it doesn't matter. "I'm not sure if it's still raining slightly or I'm just losing all of my bodily fluids through sweat."

Might as well take advantage of the situation.

Yeah, you should definitely go swimming in that, what's the worst that could happen?

    Flooding is the worst.

I'd still say that's swimming, just with less than desirable results.

Ex. I'd still say that's threatening, just with less than desirable results.

Exactly, Inferno can swim, it's just interrupted with occasional episodes of sinking and drowning.
