What game are you trying to play?
What program did you use to converted?
Where did you place the converted file on the memory stick?

Here's what could solve your problem:
1-press select in the XMB menu, and change the UMD mode, then try again. Try all umd modes to see if one of them works.
2-If that didn't help, you have to use popsloader.

It should be like "PSP/GAME/(your games name goes here)/EBOOT.PBP" If that's correct, then do what I told you in my first post:

What does the ECM do? Cuz when i extract the game it was in ECM format. After I unECM it. It became bin file. when i put the file on psx2psp. an error occurs. saying the C:\Users\ACER\Desktop\psx2psp_v.1.4.2\Files\BASE.P BP. Does something happen to the psx2psp folder?

I thought you have already made it into a PBP file. You have to unECM your file and then use the bin file in psx2psp. I use IceTea instead of psx2psp. See if using that helps you get rid of the error.

here's the game that i wanted to download:

Tomb Raider III - Adventures of Lara Croft (E) (v1.1) ISO
    [SLES-01649]
Tomb Raider III - Adventures of Lara Croft (G) (v1.1) ISO
    [SLES-01683]

Does this 2 games have different format. If it does which one should i choose?

E stands for Europe and G stands for Global. I don't know how different they are.
