It's a little bit depressing, I can recall times where my run times were erratic, and I would like cut 3 minutes off it from one week to the next.

I always try to time myself, or at least have some kind of goal set when I run. Otherwise I just tend to take it easy. Not that there is anything wrong with that, can't max out everyday, you'll just do more harm than good.

Thursday and Sunday are my max out days.
Thursday because PT (Poolee Training) Happens on that day
and Sunday, because it's Sunday
