Usually I just use a grenade launcher like no one's business on that board.

I haven't played CoD, i take it that the run and gun method doesn't work in this game? generally i like to spray lead every where then pick off any survivors with a weaker gun.

Yes and No. You can run and Gun, you just need some skill and a great knowledge of the board.
Sheras is referring to MW2 as the last decent one of the trilogy.

I always used the .44 magnum tactical knife if needed.

That works too, but I only use the USP because I generally care not for shooting whenever I pull out the combo, A mag would have me concentrating on shooting.
I use it for relatively easy stabbing when campers love to hide.
Works, got a harrier off stabbing alone.
