That was actually the reason that I decided to pick it up. After seeing the press conference yesterday and hearing some of the titles that were going to be free, I figured it was worth it. I've already received more than my $50 worth out of it, and I figure by this time next year there will have been a couple more games that I am interested in picking up.
Everything that I saw before, whenever I checked the PS+ updates, didn't feel like a good enough value for me, especially since I rarely play PSN titles. But if they are going to start doing more retail titles, then by all means they can take my money. Three of the games that they released for free today were already on my list, and a couple others were "well, if I see them for the right price I'll pick 'em up."
Happy so far.I have a feeling getting this is going to rape my bandwidth, though. I'm downloading just shy of 100GB of games right now -- redownloading some stuff that I had before, and all of the new games that I picked up.

We, Euro countries, will have 10 and not 12 games for free tomorrow, it's pretty much the same list, but ours will rotate a bit quicker. The point of microsoft points is a median to buy things. They could not sell you something that is a paid product for free with Gamerscore as its the equivilant to Trophys.Only thing 360 Gets is a Game based on your avatar

All in all most of the PS+ stuff is typically shit from a contract where they give it away for a certain period of time (Forever maybe? Never been a ps+ member. Too lazy)
Also using GS to buy shit would be like using trophy's. Makes no sense.
Also the wii-u Is looking very promising. Mass effect 3 as a launch title. HMM

Yeah, I just read the Europe list after you posted that. They are pretty much the same, but a little bit different.
This should be interesting. I'm kind of intrigued to see what kinds of games they offer up in the future. I'm sure they will eventually hit games that I already own, but whatever.

Not saying give me free stuff, I'm saying give us a real deal.
Maybe the gamer score thing is off. I get that.
But rare deals are once a few months for a game that people actually want to get.
The Median (MS) knows this, but doesn't act on it too often.
