You have no idea how miserable the USDA had made my job lately, especially with their clear lack of coherent nomenclature. When the same thing can be called four different things depending on the region you live in, and then said region broadcasts/publishes recipes and whatnot calling for specific cuts, and then a Canadian gets hold of them because everything from the US gets fed up here to us in some form of a cable package/magazine subscription, I want to stab somebody.
