I'm jsut walking on a treadmill until 1 mile is nothng lol (Which is surprsingly going fast, who knew getting in shape by walking on a treadmill works semi fast. a few days ago i would sweat at ~0.20 miles. Now its roughly 0.60. Pretty good advancment )

Will probably work on gaining muscle starting friday or saturday.
