I used no tranq. rifle and barely the stun gun. And I made sure I killed no one, checked every single sleeping body (and enjoyed it )
It glitched somehow, pretty sure it did it in the Cloak & Daggers submission despite I made sure I saved with everyone alive and kicking sleeping.

It was already repaired, they said bring it back if it fails again but it lasted only slightly longer this time than it did last time, I'm lookin online for cheap second hand ps3s to replace it instead, there is no rush on getting a new one though I was playing MGS3 when it failed so I might be able to borrow a friends ps2.
