Pretty much. Healing factor is like super strength. It's given out like tic tacs to superheroes. Whenever someone feels like being a smartass and pointing out that, no, you do not in fact recover from six broken ribs and a concussion in a matter of hours the writer just adds "healing factor" to the list of superpowers. I think half of Marvel straight up has some level of healing factor now actually.
Putting it that way, almost every one on DC has a healing factor of sorts.
