Right click the one that ends in the lowest number, and extract it again.

what those files are is winrar parts just open e-pjust.001 and extract the file

Extract everything in the archive to another folder, then open it. If you open a multi-piece archive while it's inside another archive, it will only open that piece.

Low system specs, perhaps? If that isn't the issue, it's something with the emulator itself, compatibility isn't perfect with NullDC (if you're using NullDC).

The game works 100% perfect for me on my Dreamcast

If you are emulating what emulator are you using and what are your system specs, so we can figure out the issue and how best to solve it if there is a way rto solve your issue
