you want bad look up shows from the 70s, i was watching the old Enma-kun from 1973 and was spotting animation poblems left and right (not to say i didnt enjoy every minute of what i watched)
as for Jack and Xiaolin, they look pretty good (jack looks better) Xiaolin has this odd thing about its animation where the characters never look 100% the same most noticabe on the villains (specifically Jack Spicer)
try watching dexters lab NOW it looks TERRIBLE unless you watch the movie or the last couple eps they look ok

I'm saying the style is bad on Samurai Jack and most CN shows. They aren't even trying...
I can excuse most anime/cartoons from the 70s because it was well the 70s. There is no excuse to make things now that are not visually appealing.

i found the style on jack pretty interesting, use of the geometric shapes and many sharp edges, it contrasts to lilo and stitch witch does the exact oposite and avoids anything not round and puffy
