It seems that as long as I want to use this keyboard, I'll have to suffer through an ISO layout instead of ANSI. So, the tradeoff is quieter keys or the ability to change my layout...
Well, since my only issue seems to be where the ~ is (the key between Z and L_Shift which doesn't exist) and the fact that I have a key that inputs § and ±, I think I'll stop pursuing a 'fix' to this issue. Also, even though the hardware key doesn't exist, I can use the built-in keyboard viewer and input a ~ with my mouse whenever I think I need one (never).

Oh i think this will be like usbloader ect. for soft modded Wii's and stuff.
Kinda like how dios mios lite loads it from the SD card.
