The thing is with flash expecially on phones is you need ot make sure you are using a version that is at decent speed yet still with the fewest loopholes for viruses. The flash is the greatest weak point on the android/phone market which is why apple won't support it on the ipone ect. I would say the most up to date would be the msot secure but your phone might not support it.
