SA1 is everyone's choice.
But SA2 also doesn't look bad.

SA2 looks like it serves a more of a defensive purpose. More like, toss it out there randomly and see what happens.

I like the random "toss it out there and see what happens" factor.

SSF4/AE, everyone has 2 Ultras to choose.

Having choices is good.

Having access to all the moves sounds better.

Ex:
Alex's SA1 has less EX meter than SA2.
So, SA1 players have to look how to surpass the lack of EX meter, and lack of SA1 setups.

Gives variety to clone matches.

I rarely fight Tira's, and it doesn't really bother me when I play against them as Nightmare (which is almost all the time).

It's an easy enough match up, but every match up is easy for Nightmare, since he is Nightmare tier.
