    Alright, 3rd Strike Yun stuff.
When divekicking, I need to aim for cross-ups, or timing dive kick for comboing purposes.
Genei-Jin is (of course), the more useful Super for Yun, because it's kinda similar to Urien's Aegis Reflector, but (In my opinion), more damage driven.
Against experienced players, mistaking lunge punch is a big no.
    Leads to big damage.

I still prefer playing as Alex than Yun though.

Regardless, playing against Spiders could help finding more improvement points.
Playing against random players = no fun

    Nah.
Still didn't figure a good deck to start with.

    Did you try GGPO/SuperArcade already?
Played against a Brazilian player, and it wasn't laggy.
    And Brazil's internet IS bad.

In terms of connecting directly I think the current connection is worse than dial-up.

Much. We went from a distance based delay (1/10 to 1/2 a second), to a minimum of 1 1/3 seconds.
