Eh, not really, they're not too rare, just old. If it was unopened on the other hand you could probably flip it for a bit, of course that's a moot point.

A box is gonna increase the price much more than an envelope would. You can find a padded envelope at about any store for 79 cents.
Or you could just buy Agent under fire for 1.99 at gamestop, blank dvd and do it yourself. I suspect you will be buying dvds anyhow.
