Do I need to make a folder on my USB drive called "wbfs" to properly use WBFS files?

I'm transferring Scarface off the USB to my computer, and it made me create a "wbfs" folder. I haven't been able to get wbfs files to load onthe Wii yet, and I think the problem might be I have no folder for it.


EDIT: I can convert them to ISO is that makes things easier...

I must have been doing something wrong before, or I tried it before I figured out the file system and/or the external drive was wrong.
