Nigga calorie counting, adding protein anywhere I can on rest days, carbs on workout days, and skipping ALL calories until 1-9pm. This diet is hella easy. It's gonna be the protein that's the problem. Staying under the cals is easy. I'm gonna have to drink ALL THIS WHEY that my wife got herself last year.
Also, I'm not trying to bulk up, but recompose my body a bit.
