What's wrong with his clothes? I'm wearing pj's, but it's almost 4 in the morning too. Sorry we're not styling like Brit.

Puns are great. Puns are as awesome as sarcasm and satire. They're indispensable.

I just don't have enough opportunities to use 'immolate' in normal conversation.

Clothing can be changed. Is this shirt light or dark background? If light, wear light or medium blue jeans (straight leg, preferably) with... whatever shoes, really. If dark, wear dark blue or near black jeans (also straight leg).

Darker, more muted colors for fall and winter. Lighter, more pastel or saturated colors for spring and summer.
Slacks can only be combined with T-Shirts if you're wearing some sort of jacket over the shirt.
Your belt doesn't need to match your shoes (or purse), but it brings cohesion when in dress-y clothes.
A good suit (preferably tailored) is timeless and will typically spiff up anyone.
Tracksuits, sweat-clothes, and pajamas are never to be worn out of the house any further than your mailbox (unless you are pregnant).

    This should get you started.

Oh, and please for the love of everything good in the world: DON'T TUCK IN YOUR T-SHIRTS IF YOU'RE NOT WEARING SOMETHING OVER IT. It looks ridiculous and elderly.

Oh, and you want clothes that fit you, not clothes that you can get into. Too big or too small and it changes the way your body looks and you end up looking like some sort of mutant.

What!? I wonder how it's not in Oxford yet...

Give it another two or three years. They love adding new words.

The good news is that typically, where your loungewear would suffice normally, you can replace the bottoms with a pair of whatever jeans and it'll be fine. If you're going out for more than just a jaunt to your mailbox, I'd think more about the rest of the outfit, but for something so simple, just change the bottoms and you're set.

Wow..too much to take in. Of course I don't wear pj's further than my yard. I see enough of that at school. Thank you fashion god for your knowledge. Us nerds are grateful. I guess.I'm still going to wear my atari shirt and my Van halen shirt because I don't care what others think.
