Well, that sucks.

Tried to order a game off Hastings website, and it took forever to process. After a minute or two, the transaction failed. I figured I had better check my credit card. I got charged for the game. No order was placed. So, I called their customer service. They can see the charge on my card, but they have no order placed in my name, so they have to issued a reversal on the charge.

On Monday because "the guy who does that is off this weekend".
The fuck?

I'll never do business with them again.
