Just rechecked and I feel like a hurp derp. 7750 is slower than the 6770, but benchmark tests label the 7750 as a better card overall. On average, you'll lose about 10% or less in performance when selecting, but when you can Crossfire, it can pown the 6770 while using less energy. In short, anything pass a Nvidia 8800 GT is supposed to be good enough for emulating most systems and my integrated card from the A4-3400 is close to maxing out on level 2 graphic speed hack on PS2 (and that is about 1/3 the performance of the 7750).
The biggest problem with most tests is that they do the stupid stuff and use high res when some of the cards used for a test are not meant for high res. The 7750 tests are clear examples of it when every test the did was max graphics and highest resolution. It fares much better around 720 widescreen than the 1080 nonsense.
