Regular XP refuse to install? I had the same issue with my laptop, took me a while to find the SATA drivers so I could install it :\.

It's a netbook, so there are some strange drivers required, and limited space.

Oh. What did you use to install XP? I didn't have any trouble installing from a flash drive on the last netbook I tried it with.

    Instructions:
    Spoiler warning:

TinyXP for Acer Inspire One (100A/8GB SSD/512MB RAM)
    ================================================== ==

    The included files are:

    1) unetbootin-windows-275.exe: a tool to install FreeDOS to make your USB stick bootable.
    2) ghost.exe: a program that runs in FreeDOS to write the diskimage to your SSD.
    3) TINYXPAAO.GHO: This is a diskimage of a clean install of TinyXP.

    The diskimage contains:

    - a clean install of TinyXP rev 02
    - tweaks to run faster and save the SSD as much as possible
    - all drivers for the hardware to function
    - AA1 Fancontrol to adjust the temperature for the fan to start

    - MS Outlook connector (hotmail/msn/live.com)
    - Firefox (IE not installed)
    - Windows Media Player 9
    - all is in English

What is needed for a succcesful use of the image:

    - Bootable USB stick (1GB is enough)
    - Acer Aspire One 100A: 512MB - 1.5GB RAM / 8GB SSD

I used that with 3 or 4 other ISOs I downloaded. This one is a Ghost image of the SSD, so I doubt WinToFlash would have worked.
