I assume the cart was the bulk of the $200? I consider something rare if there are 10,000 copies or less and it's hard to find.

I added a link above. The cart is an old 32Meg GBDoctor. They shipped for a brief time with the Bung Enterprises cart programmers, which were soon replaced by EMS's 64Meg carts.
Maybe not terribly rare, but they do not show up on ebay very often.
