They are, yes, but moving without a purpose with Kouen with a sniper and a loopy with a rocket launcher tends to get yourself killed faster.
Specially if the only weapon you have is:
Crapvolver
Melee weapon

We need to play that again Kouen, now that I think of it.

Not moving is likely to result in the same, except faster . Double Enforcer is a solid weapon choice .

Why is Yoshimitsu such a badass? Probably because he claps his feet and masks when he wins. And he has like 100 charge attacks, and he's the only character capable of killing himself multiple ways.
