I'm hoping the Scope place will still let me do some of the work experience. This course is only 3 weeks, 3 days a week 9.30 - 12.30. I can easily work in the charity shop as well?

It depends at what time you start working at the charity shop. But I think charity shops are quite reasonable when dealing with work days/hours and whatnot.

They should be OK. I worked (briefly) for a company which had external clients and never had any issues. The company was dull as fuck though as it didn't have the drug culture the bank did, and not even another smoker! So I went back to the bank.
