That would require a mod for turbans. And GWB is probably the man most responsible for setting the sequence of events that lead to a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland world in motion if it occurs, so it's only fitting. Not to mention that the game is set in Washington D.C. so he fits right in as a reincarnation or a time traveler.

The one mod I want to do myself is a voice set that is scripted into the game so that he says stuff like "I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully." in combat. The NPCs say things in combat, shouldn't be a difficult mod. Sound clips of Bushisms and the same voice scripting NPCs have in combat used on the player character would be the only things necessary to make that mod. The mod would set the character's appearance to GWB as the default male character and the voice mod could be added to the character creation menu as a checkable option.
That would be the Fallout mod to end all Fallout mods in my opinion, nothing can beat playing as GWB and him saying stuff like "I'm the decider." and "They misunderestimated me." in combat.

I can do it up here I dont even have that many friends anymore and the one who is into pain pills just going to tell him I dont want to do any. I guess my problem really was being in Miami and cocaine was everywhere and anywhere, I barely see any of my friends most of them have careers or are about to have careers, or getting married. So even though I might of lost her for good I got to shape up or I am just going to end up homeless on the street. I wish the lines of communication would open up between her and I in another week it will be a month and I just miss talking with her.
