    It looked pretty, but I don't think I'd find the computer useful without internet. Is there a list that might tell me if my motherboard would work with OSX? I did that with my old PC, and I might give it a shot if this works this time.

    Links are on the right hand side. Basically, the shit you want to look at is the Hardware Components. Depending on if you want Lion (10.7.*) or Snow Leopard (10.6.*).

    One thing I'm pretty confident in saying is that if your hardware works for Lion, it will work for Snow Leopard. This is not 100%, but close enough.

    Also, if you're going to do a hackintosh, make it easy for yourself and install from iATKOS S3 v2 DVD. It has a bunch of drivers and shit that make the install largely painless.

    Flirt with one of your female friends.
    Do it on Facebook.
    Your wife is also her friend on Facebook.
    Your wife also has your Facebook password.

    How could this possibly not end well?

    So. Mafia II.

    Yes, it's fun. The controls feel kind of clunky. Actually having to semi obey the rules of the road is a pain in the ass. And having to physically get dressed every day is kind of annoying.

    Also, does it autolock head shots when you pop out from behind cover? 'cause either it does, or I'm ridiculously good at lining up my shots beforehand. And I highly doubt it's the second one.

    It's a good thing I'm off tomorrow, because my short nap just turned into about five hours of sleep and I'm going to be up all night.

    Then again, I only ever used it with emulation. Never tried configuring it with an actual PC game.
    Thanks, I'll look into it, I was looking to get a PC gamepad but since I was about to spend some bucks, at least I'd should pick a proper PS3 DS3, it also helps that they're more cheap than Wired X360 gamepads. Do you need a bluetooth receiver or can it be done with the simple USB cable?

    I do mine with the USB cord, but apparently you can also use Bluetooth if you have it. I've never attempted it with Bluetooth, so I have no idea how well it works.

    If you know someone who has a PS3 controller lying around that you can borrow for a couple of days to fiddle with, I would highly recommend that. I don't know how expensive new controllers are down there, but up here they're about $55. And I've heard wired 360 controllers are much easier to "install." They're both Microsoft products (assuming you use Windows). Otherwise, the only surefire method I've seen of using a DS3 on a computer is with MotionInJoy, which can be... kind of touchy. I've seen Youtube videos of other people setting up their DS3s without MiJ, but I've never been successful in getting those methods to work.

    No different than the USB, save the lack of a cord. It does overwrite the drivers for the bluetooth adapter, you would need to roll them back to use the adapter normally. I prefer a 360 controller for the PC because I prefer the triggers to those on the Dual Shock 3.

    //Try game with default business drivers
    //Choppy at best on low

    //Try game with regular drivers
    //Good rates, completely playable

    Everything else video related is running smoother as well; makes me wonder what the purpose of the 'business' oriented drivers even is.

    You should become a plasterer.
