Nope. I don't think the disk is failing I just think it doesn't want to take OS X. It is actively refusing to complete the installation. Fails at 45% every time. Ubuntu installed on it faster than normal and booted properly, but OS X is seriously not having any of this shit.

Knock out the guy on the stairs, knock out the guy at the desk, then calmly walk upstairs and take out the last guy. He probably won't even see it coming.

Or you could take out the guy upstairs first, since there's a staircase close by. Cuts down on the waiting time too.
