A friend of mine did it in one company but moved up in the company to a cushy enough job which amounts to him being a paid moderator for a big ISP's forum.



Yeah, that's what I hear, people get burnt out after 2-3 years.

I worked on a helpdesk which was basically a call centre, but it was all internal clients, no random members of the public giving you shit. That shit sucks.
