Netbooks = shit.

My sister paid $300 for a netbook with specs that are lower than the laptop I paid $50 for.

I just bought an ultra portable for my niece for $298 and got an ext DVD-RW for free with it.

11.6" led screen
AMD E450 (dual core 1.65GHz)
2GB DDR3 1333MHz (2 slots, maximum 8GB)
AMD Radeon HD 6320 (uses 512MB......not sure what the max is yet, could be around 1.5GB or possibly 1.92GB)
320GB HDD
Win 7 64bit Home Premium


Just have to upgrade the ram.
I was thinking about installing 64bit Ultimate, but she probably has no need for it

Honestly, I thought Insanity was going to kick my ass, but other than a couple of spots here and there, I haven't had that much trouble. There are a few fights where I wish I knew what I was doing beforehand, though. Mainly against the massive swarms of husks and abominations. Seriously, fuck those guys.

Pretty much this. Once I got the hang of using the different weapons and ammo types, it really wasn't that bad. I think I only died three or four times in the final mission, compared to about twenty in some of the earlier missions.

Just gotta go back and clean up the stuff that I missed tomorrow. Mostly combat related trophies and getting to Level 30. Should be fun.

But for now... bed time.
