    Dungeons and Dragons?? ...TSR AD&D?

Wow....brings back memories....used to play this often with a pack of weird f*ckers...years and years ago...
(We 'graduated' to the Marvel Game after a bit....far more interesting....as was the Robotech RPG...)

Samoan Mike: "O.K. dude, your chosen race is Bear Man. Lets roll for your abilities and shit..."
    Me at 14: "Uhhhh....wait....I'm naked?"
SM: "Jesus.....NO, man, you are a BEAR MAN as in the ANIMAL....a BEAR!"
    Me: "Ohhhhhhh....gotcha....ok....cool then..."
SM along with everyone else: " ....................... "

Those late-70s Dr. Who/computer/RPG Nerd Lords were very patient with me....

That's pretty sweet, I just need to get my hands on the cards. Em can't be more than a buck.

    Easier. A lot easier.

I think when he noticed that the amount of damage the attacks did, how little room for error there was in dodging, how little damage your hits did, and the fact that health didn't regenerate he changed his mind

I'd have to get the books. Again. And part of me is kinda burned out from my running of Warhammer 40k. Which isn't terrible, but god, THEY REFUSE TO TAKE HITS.

Did you know that people are more likely to survive if they have nice things because they are rich. SEEMS I FORGOT THAT SHIT.

So, I've owned Atelier Rorona for a year now. Played it for like an hour, stopped when I realized I could read a damn thing.

    Now?

OH MY GOD, I CAN READ GUYS, I CAN READ.

Pretty filthy combo. Stifle + Phyrexian Juggernaut. Grove of the Burnwillows + Punishing Fire. Crucible of Worlds + Fastbond + Zuran Orb + Strip Mine/Barbarian Ring/any land with a good effect. I was just discussing broken combos the other day.

@table top rpg talk: My source books are 2nd edition because I'm a bossssss.
