I'm thinking of buying a house Mostly because a friend I know did something similar with his girlfriend, and the mortgage payments were cheaper then if he was paying rent. The only thing that is working against me is that I'm working as a temp ongoing position. Its pretty much guaranteed work for the next 4 years because of the contracts we have, but I know you have to be contracted and not temp to be able to apply

How is Rage? I played about 15 minutes of it on 360, I might buy it for PS3 since it's going so cheap

I'm enjoying it, its like borderlands in the sense that its an open world shooter, but everything else is different, driving can be alot of fun in it, and vehicle combat is good, weapons aren't as varied but you can upgrade them with new parts, the atmosphere is darker as well. Crafting system is pretty good too I think.

Yup, a bunch of different vehicle types too which can all be upgraded in a number of ways.
