eBay really does favour the buyer these days. I'm a fairly new seller which means Paypal holds any money I receive for 21 days or until the buyer leaves positive feedback. Never mind the fact I'm selling low cost items and have been buying things through the site for nearly eight years with 100% feedback. Nope. I'm clearly a dirty criminal.![]()
Nope...no chance, sorry, man.
These are the types of things that keep me away from E-Bay..
(Just recently got a $75 refund from some jerk-off that had sent me BROKEN action figures......received the refund two months later....)
I cant even F' with it anymore, man.....I have many people that score me the goodies that I want, and I keep the karma burning by passing hundreds of games/items back into the community year after year..... FU*K E-BAY....
Two months? I guess if the other person really draws it out it can take awhile but it has always moved faster than that for me. Fortunately I've only had a few disputes, most annoying was this tard that sent me a ps3 that wasn't as listed at all...
PayPal's dispute process is making it sound so promising. My parents are convinced there's a chance they might win.
Yeah right.
Why would PayPal let the scammer keep the PS3, refund us and refund the innocent Australian?
When it sold to a buyer with 0 feedback and to an unconfirmed address I did NOT want to send it. My Dad was like JUST SEND IT HURRR DURRP. No, don't listen to me, I don't know what I'm talking about at all.
Yeah seriously, I tried explaining why you shouldn't send items to people with 0 feedback.
He kicked off saying IF ANYTHING HAPPENS WE'LL MAKE A NEW EBAY ACCOUNT.
I was like what the fuck, just listen to what I'm saying?
