Installed Fable on my laptop, and it runs flawlessly. I don't know why I ever stopped playing it, I fucking love that game. I did the entire game, but I never did finish the Lost Chapters. I'm definitely playing through it now though.

also you may be under the ram requirement, you see, you have 2gb but intergreated graphics often will take some to work im guessin there taking like 256mb or 386mb maybe even 512mb. so in actual fact you may unknowingly be running under minimum ram.
For instance my 8200m in my laptop will take up to 512mb depending on how much i have. (1gb = 128 2gb = 256mb 3gb = 512mb)
