And there's no reason you can't!I pretty much taught myself to play over a couple of years, and only started lessons last year because I needed help unlearning some very bad habits that I had picked up. It's not something you need to start when you're younger to have any chance at success with, nor is it something you need to attend expensive courses to learn.
Plus if you can already play guitar, you probably already have a decent ear for music. That's the most important thing! Muscle memory can be developed by most anyone. It's just a matter of practice~
