A buddy of mine had told me that in the UK, Mountain Dew and root beers were not readily available and costly...is this true?
I got a bunch of Kinder eggs years back from Germany, and some sort of 'Yowie' things from Oz. They came with little Viking figurines and rubber monsters, really cool...

You can get something called Mountain Dew energy but it's not the same. I only drink the real deal.

Kinder Eggs are amazing though. Used to eat them all the time as a kid. Used to have cool turtles and shit inside. My mum must've spent hundreds of pounds on them.

Right on. Yeah, I was curious as to why this dude wanted to swap me video game goodies for soda...heh....apparently it is RARE in certain locales. I also sent him some of the 'Lucky Charm' cereal, he told me it was another UK rarity, cant even get a good generic...

From what I have seen of the UK, Europe, Oz, South America, and much of Asia, their candies and junk foods FAR exceed those here in the U.S......mmmmmm....
