well for a starter what bios did you download and where from? (just so i can confirm that it is the correct bios)
secondly i didnt think PCSX needed plugins?
either way if you want to get plugins download this starter pack and just copy and paste the plugins folder into your emulator folder you wont be able to use this emulator since it was designed for windows, but you should still be able to use the plugins from it if not report back and ill do some searching for you
for the games you can find them all here
    *Computer Specs*
    Operating System: Windows 11
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7700 Processor (16 CPUs), 3.8GHz
    Memory: 32GB RAM
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

the bios should be fine thats the same for all versions, as for the plugins ill see what i can find for you
its the same process to run the games, just click run CD and it will open a box up for you to look for your game (or so i assume), but note that the games here are compressed with something called ECM tools download this and once you have downloaded your game "click and drag" the .bin.ecm file onto the unecm file and a window will appear let that run and you will have your game that you will be able to play

for example...i tried to change the megaman x5, no file with extention .bin.ecm.
then i check the other game, there is no .bin.ecm at all game.
just .cue file and .bin file

thats right thats how its supposed to be once you have unecm'd it you should have a bin and cue file, run the cue file and your game will work just fine, have you managed to find plugins yet?
