It's first-person...

Is that what they are called? I thought first-person were shooters like Doom and Quake where you only see the gun/weapon in the middle of the screen? Arent games with a Mario 64/Tomb Raider/Resident Evil viewpoint called 'third-person'?

It's good, if you like building and exploring. The only problem it's that it's in Java rather than an actual application, so it has some memory issues and sometimes the framerate is inconsistent. Buti t's a charming game with a pretty haunting music, you can spend a lot of hours into it building stuff, mining, crafting and battling monsters. You can remove the monsters all together, so you can concentrate on the building aspect. It makes for a relaxed game.

You can play it online too, but I recommend to play it on the PC, locally. You can even put texture packs, that make the game more appealing to look at. (I don't like the original textures)

There's a third-person mode, but it's difficult to play in.

It's $13.52, not a bad price really. It's worth it, but first check out some videos.
