Heh, always loved Sega. I have all their home consoles except for the 32X add-on. I really should really get a hold of a Nomad. I've been seeing them on Cragslist for about $75. You can even buy a better after-market LCD screen which when installed improves the clarity of the Nomad's picture by a lot.
Yeah, the Nomad is (was?) really something. The thing is, I cant personally justify digging mine out of storage when I can now put the entrie Genesis library on a chip the size of a thimble, and run them on my DS.

I collected and hoarded consoles and cartridges of nearly every sort for nearly 30 years, but those days are over now. I love the packaging and artwork that accompany many older games and systems, but again, life is farrrrr too short for me to go back to the days of having rooms stuffed with things that I can now put on a chip and keep in my pocket....

I still collect/horde to a degree, I mean, I'm not going to pass up boxed Intellivision games at the GoodWill for $1.00 each, but these days my goodies are typically purchased either for sale or for gifts for my buddies that still do avidly collect.

Nonsense. I don't recall them mentioning Jill's mastery of unlocking even once!

I know! So many key story details of the original games lost in the transition to the silver screen!

Hmm, the Ray, Monster, and possibly Elin may be happy to know that a certain third game came in....

Such a shame, such a shame indeed. Bloody Paul W.S Anderson, and he's often confused with the much better artsy director: Wes Anderson.

I didn't even know you had bought it. Though I suppose one cannot stand in the way of destiny. :O

Yep... I actually bought about 10 items from a site, with that being one. I'm rather surprised that despite being shipped by different carriers (some were UPS, others were first class USPS) the total shipping was only $2.95....

This. Placement test for my year abroad early tomorrow. I've been studying Japanese for god only knows how long and I guarantee I'll know all the answers, but I'm still going to have to sit there for two hours and prove I do. Joy.

    IN YOUR FACE LIFE.

Sure, I'll regret it when I'm on my third cup of coffee before lunch, but I'll dangle single handedly from that bridge while someone pulls me up when I get to it.

A model 2, this is my second one. I killed the first one long ago, after I beat Lunar in pretty much one sitting. At least it let me finish the game before shitting out. Still think the model 1 is the better looking Sega CD though. I want one to match my model 1 Genesis.
