Meh...have one somewhere around here, probably collecting dust in a heap with all of the Wiis and GameCubes on the floor of my storage unit....
Seriously though, my first Wii I had for about 6 months before I fully realized what it even
was. I buy boxed lots, typically from yard sales and CraigsList, and most of it ends up right in storage. I remember
seeing that Wii deck, holding it, but I thought to myself "Huh, a white system, thats different, must be something very new from Japan...".
I dont
dislike the modern systems, in fact, I have little experience with them to say either way. PS2 is "high tech" enough for my wife and I, we have sooooo many killer games that neither of us has even PLAYED yet. (Around 150 at last count..)
To me, Resident Evil 4 is just about the pinnacle of what I need and want from a game, and I have that already, two copies. (Along with all of the other RE games and a few Silent Hills..)
Dont care much for all of the modern military games, the 'Assassin' crap, or the "Warcraft World", but I have a very strong desire to play Resident Evil 5, so I suppose I
should get friendly with a PS3 at
some point....
I was considering "donating" a boxfull or two of random stuff to the site, or maybe doing a "raffle" of some kind with the proceeds going to fund the site. We just have soooooo much stuff at this point, and I feel that after all of the help we have received along with the endless ROMs we have been feeding on here, that its the least I could do....I know that running a website of this size isnt without its
costs....
