Of course I also want Final Fantasy XIII-2 because I'm one of the XIII people who actually enjoyed the original game. Also because knight Lightning is so dreamy. DECISIONS.
Their track record has slipped considerably in my opinion. Even Tan hated WKC, and he loves everything.

I'm intending to wait for XIII-2. Considering the amount of planned DLC and how quickly the previous entry dropped in price (as well as my prediction that it probably won't move anywhere near as many units as Square expects), I think I'll be fine with giving it a year or so. I liked XIII, but interesting concept aside XIII-2 hasn't really grabbed me as something I have to have right away.

Oh, yeah, I forgot WKC. :/ Eep. Even still, NnK looks somewhat more in their comfort zone~!

Yeah, kind of figured the same myself. :'D If XIII-2 is as love it or hate it as the first game was, it'll be in 1000 yen bins in no time. And if it's not... well... I probably won't feel bad paying quite a bit more for it.

Let's hope so. Although NEEDS MORE BOOK.

I have a feeling it's not going to be quite as bad, but unfortunately it carries the stigma of being a sequel to an extremely love/hate game. With a large portion of the fanbase tilting towards the hate end, and the "love" side gravitating more toward "like". I figure that's going to be the main source of trouble.

I enjoy it, when I have the opportunities to do so. I know I wouldn't want to pay $60 for any shooter.

Fo' realz. The DS game that's supposed to be portable relies on a book that you have to lug around, but the PS3 one sticks to a digital form of said book? JAPAN, Y U NO LOGIC?

Yeah, I'm really interested to see how it sells. The hype train is also relatively calm on it compared to Final Fantasy "we've only been waiting five years" XIII.

You're supposed to play portable games outside your house? Shit, I've been doing it wrong for DECADES.

True. And then FFXIII set the opening on a train. Truly there ain't no gettin' offa this train they were on.

She's still no catherine, am I right?

I still need to play XIII. And the rest of the games.
    And Finish them.
This is now my immediate goal in life.
    Among other things.
    Possibly involving castles.

    Stop hitting yourself.

You will never find time to complete your backlog.

I, however, have made great strides in finishing mine.

    *realizes it's mid-November*

Ray taunting Ivolt, and RPG posts from Elin, are always worth reading.

I only just started taunting Ivolt.

And Elin made 2-3 short posts.

Beyond that it's just inferno moaning about TV, people hitting on his mom, and people we don't care about being people we don't care about.
