I had a long reply typed out, but I think it's better to just say that I sincerely disagree with that line of thought. It's selling a finished product that was never intended to be sold, like making dreamcatchers as a hobby and having someone see it in your window and offer cash for it. If it were something like the fan translator doing the game because they think a company will buy it, or using Woolseyisms simply because they think the company wants it, fine. That's a sellout. But serendipity isn't selling out.
