I checked the 360 and the DVD player, both were fine and had sound. I unplugged all the TV wires and pulled the A/C on the cable box for a few minutes. After I hooked it all back up, I had sound.
Tonight, the sound stopped again. Everything else works fine. I turn the cable box to check it, and the damn thing shocks me.
I'd like to set it on fire, but Comcast decided the best thing for me to do would be to exchange it for another box.
I like my idea better.
