I'm just usually too lazy to go out, unless there's something really cool to do or one of my friends drags me out. Last time I went out was for the Skrillex concert, which was well worth going out for. Besides going to work, going to sushi tomorrow will be the first time going out in weeks. It should be fine though, food is one of the few things I'll go out for.
Yeah, those are always good friends to have. That's one of the reasons I actually enjoy my job -- once I finish my schooling portion of it, I would be perfectly comfortable breaking down an animal, provided I get all of the tools that I need.

You're the same as me. I really only "go out" when I go and visit my friend on her break at work. Otherwise... I stay at home a lot. There hasn't been a show that's been able to pull me out of my house in ages (although I kind of wish I had been able to pull the money together to go to the Nero show in Vancouver last week), and I only go to the bar when I know a few of the people going down there. Otherwise... sometimes I watch UFC at a buddy's place, but it's all guys from work and/or poker games that are there. Not really much opportunity for meeting new people at those things.

I should just start hanging out at the university. No take any classes or anything, just kind of chill in the gardens or something. See if I can't lure in some prey...

Well, not asleep just yet. In bed browsing about, but will probably drift off sooner or later.

My sister goes out all the time, she's been begging me to go with her. She says she sees people I know who ask about me all the time. She knows I'm a hermit though, dammit. I can't even justify going to the bar, even if there's friends there. I'm kinda cheap and would rather just buy a bottle and drink at home. If my friends want to come over and drink though that's fine by me.

What kinda lure you plan on using to catch your prey?

I do plan on starting school after the first of the year. Although I still owe taxes, and I have to pay those leeches before I can get financial aid. Plan on maybe taking something in electronics or computers.

How about a toothbrush that has a built-in toothpaste dispenser?

...I dunno I'm not a very good inventor.

    Harsh. Taxes are a bitch.

Most of my "friends" (ie., my one friend and my brother) stay in all of the time. My brother has a fiancée and 1 year old kid at home, so I don't blame him there. And my one friend has a boyfriend and a full time job, and just barely manages to scrap by (her boyfriend doesn't work). So she's pretty limited in what she can afford to do. And I don't like going out alone, which makes "going out" kind of rough. The few people at work that I know who go out all the time are party animals, and parties just aren't my scene. Give me a couple of beers in a pub with a small group of friends (about 5-7 people) and I'm happy. I don't do well in crowds.

    Coffee takes sleep from me.

    Coffee, and video games.

    And cocaine.

Cocaine takes away a lot of my sleep.

Luckily it's only ~$250, still, yeah it sucks. Blood-sucking leeches, I have a shitty minimum wage job, how do they figure I owe them something....fuckers.

I have a lot of "friends" but only a handful that I keep in contact with on a regular basis. Yeah, if I go out I would rather it be at a small dive bar or something.

Hell, there's people on here that I talk to on a more regular basis, as well as enjoy talking to, than the majority of my "real life" friends.

That's the way I feel, too. I generally enjoy the conversations on EP -- no matter how nonsensical some of them are -- a helluva lot more than the ones I do with my "real" acquaintances, with the exception of possibly one other person. About the only thing that keeps me coming back here is the community. I rarely emulate anything anymore, and I'm not into console modding or anything like that. I just like the discussions and the people.

Anyways. As much as I would love to stay up and keep playing HN, I think I need to make a bowl of popcorn, watch the latest episode of Dexter, then call it a night. My controller needs to charge anyways.

Have a good night, Beelz. Good luck with your luncheon if I don't see you before then.
