Can anyone suggest a JRPG similar to Tales Of Symphonia on either the Wii or the Gamecube? I never got round to playing the sequel as I heard it was mediocre?

The sequel actually isn't that bad at all, but it's definitely not as good as Tales of Symphonia.
You could try Monster Hunter Tri, Arc Rise Fantasia, or Muramasa the Demon Blade.

Evangelion 3nd Impact-If your a fan of the original series and has seen the newest movies then you'll probably love it, as a rhythm game its okay its not really that difficult even on the hard difficulty but its definitely worth playing.

Im looking for a game similar to the Persona series, with school life/relationship/action/anime style to it. I love Persona games, so if there is anything else similar to it that ive yet to try, id love to hear about it Also, keep suggestions in the ps2/gamecube region, or pc, otherwise suggestions would be useless if i didnt have the system

I would try the Ar Tonelico series or the Shadow Hearts series; they both have social sim aspects and Shadow hearts has a weird sense of humor similar to Persona.
