When I lived outside of Ottawa a few years back I had a buddy who went a month of the summer in nothing but his bathrobe (I lied he had boxers and sandals on too) but still it caused quite a few head turnings.

That... that is awesome.

And the plan with the flasher costume would be to get a tan trenchcoat and skin-toned colour clothes underneath. When I "flash" the trenchcoat, have some a knee-high sock stuffed with <insert-something-here> that flops out and hits person in the face, and hangs from my belt.

I have him for Hallowe'en this year (as per our holiday rotation schedule). Which means that I had a legitimate reason for booking November 1st off. Other than Uncharted 3. Which just worked out too conveniently.
