Or get like a kilo of potatoes, get a chips cutter (you put the potato, push it and cuts it into chips), then fry them. That's what I've been doing the last time. Way healthier than the ones in the market.

Yeah I do that also, get potatoes, peel them and cut them up yourself, they tend to taste nicer than the ones from the market.
